ACD Direct Opportunity
Another Great Remote Independent Contractor Opportunity!
KMG Professional Services Inc. is pleased to offer qualified individuals the opportunity to pursue Independent Contractor opportunities with ACD Direct, a nationally recognized provider of inbound fundraising and customer support services for nonprofit and commercial organizations.
All opportunities are subject to ACD Direct's current program requirements, availability, and acceptance criteria.

Independent Contractors may provide inbound customer support services for fundraising campaigns representing nationally recognized organizations. Examples include:
- Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) Pledge Drives
- St. Jude Children's Research Hospital
- Wounded Warrior Project
- Disabled American Veterans (DAV)
- ASPCA
and many other nonprofit and commercial organizations.
No outbound calling is required. Calls are fully scripted, and Independent Contractors assist callers who wish to make a pledge or donation to the applicable fundraising campaign.
Campaigns operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, allowing Independent Contractors the flexibility to select service intervals that best fit their schedules.
Certification
Certification is self-paced, allowing you to complete the course on your own schedule.
- Most Independent Contractors complete certification within 3 to 5 days.
- Certification must be completed within the timeframe established by ACD Direct, which is currently up to 14 days and subject to change.
- No previous fundraising experience is required.
Qualifications
Successful Independent Contractors are typically self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
Current participation requirements may include:
- Successfully passing the required background screening.
- Providing a minimum of 10 service hours per week.
Technical Requirements
Computer and internet requirements are established by ACD Direct and may change from time to time. Please review the current technical requirements during the onboarding process.

Compensation
Compensation is paid directly by ACD Direct.
Current inbound phone opportunities may compensate Independent Contractors at approximately $0.20 to $0.32 per talk minute, depending on the campaign. Compensation varies by campaign, is determined by ACD Direct's current compensation structure, and is subject to change. New Independent Contractors currently may earn approximately $0.25 per talk minute, while experienced Independent Contractors may earn up to approximately $0.35 per talk minute.
Additional incentive opportunities may be available depending on the campaign.
From time to time, opportunities involving email support, ticket processing, and chat support may also become available with separate compensation structures.
One-Time Administrative Fee
A one-time $50 Administrative Fee is required to begin the registration process through KMG. This non-refundable fee covers KMG's administrative processing related to registration. Payment of this fee alone does not guarantee acceptance into the ACD Direct Opportunity.
